The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LA Fresh Delivery, Diet Across America, LLC, its owners, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, brought on behalf of the pruchaser which may result from participation in the LA Fresh Delivery program. This release of liability is binding on the purchaser/participant and his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.


  • Sales Tax
  • LA Fresh Delivery charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and delivered in New York State.


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). LA Fresh Delivery reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your program (two days advance notification required) and you will be refunded for the remaining unused days. A minimum of 7 days must be completed or there is a cancellation charge of $300. For discounted programs days used will be billed at the higher prevailing daily rate.
